Hello
My name is Natalia Obregón. I am a Psychologist and Social Worker specialising in trauma and complex trauma, with a strong commitment to supporting mental well-being.
I am registered with the British Psychological Society as a Graduate Member with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) (n. 501256), ensuring that my work is grounded in professional standards, ethical practice, and ongoing clinical development.
I work with individuals who, despite having developed a good understanding of their difficulties, may still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to fully switch off. My approach is integrative and combines evidence-based therapies with an understanding of how trauma and stress can continue to impact both the mind and the body.

My Story
I have always been deeply curious about the human mind and behaviour.
This interest began during my early studies in Social Work, where I was first introduced to different areas of Psychology. What started as curiosity quickly became a genuine fascination — one that stayed with me for years until I made the decision to return to university and train as a psychotherapist, this time while raising my own family of four.
Living and working in different countries has been an important part of my personal and professional journey. These experiences exposed me to a wide range of cultures, perspectives, and ways of understanding life, which I now bring into my work with clients from diverse backgrounds and languages.
After settling, for a time, on a small island, I took the step to create my own bilingual online practice. It was not an easy path — particularly as it unfolded during a period of global uncertainty — but it was during that time that my work became clearer and more focused.
I found myself increasingly drawn to supporting people experiencing the lasting impact of trauma, particularly those struggling with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress.
Over time, I also began to notice a common pattern: many of the people I worked with had already developed a good understanding of their difficulties, yet still felt stuck — as if something hadn’t fully shifted.
This has shaped the way I work today.
My focus is not only on understanding what has happened, but on helping you move beyond that point — supporting real, meaningful change in how you feel, respond, and experience your day-to-day life.
What I value most in my work is not only the progress my clients make, but the depth of the process itself. Each person brings a unique perspective, and it is a privilege to be part of that journey.
If you feel ready to take the next step, I would be glad to support you.
