about me
My name is Natalia Obregón and I am a qualified Psychologist and Social Worker.
I am registered with the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS no. 501256), the National Counselling Society (NCS22-01933) and the BACP (00950812).
I have been practising as a bilingual psychotherapist since 2019 through my own practice, Chat2us, and several UK and European based companies (Oliva Health, Click Therapies, Therapy Panda and Healmeup).
I have experience with young adults, adults and couples. I have specialised in PTSD, anxiety and depression and intercultural challenges. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, depending on my client. I work with several psychological approaches such as: CBT, CPT, CFT, ACT, EMDR and MBCT.
The experience achieved through living in different countries/cultures has broadened my perspective. I have always been passionate about helping people achieve the best version of themselves.
At the moment, I am not taking new clients privately but I am actively collaborating with multiple mental health start ups as a Consultant. (Oliva, Click Therapies and Wangie). Wangie was launched in December 2022. It is an anonymous chat system for students from universities from all over the world.

Individual Psychotherapy
It can provide support when experiencing emotional difficulties, stress, hopelessness and depression.
The aim of individual psychotherapy is to identify and work through issues. We apply an integrative approach: EMDR (Eyes Movement Desensitization and Reproccesing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) to help collaborate and assist you to find and reach your own therapeutic resolutions or develop strategies to address and remedy your concerns.
Couples psychotherapy
Couples psychotherapy aims to always improve a couple’s relationship.
Therapy often includes sessions designed to improve problem-solving, communication skills, identification of life goals and relationship responsibilities. Other common issues include infidelity, financial problems, illness, and anger.
Couples psychotherapy typically brings couples or partners together for joint therapy sessions. Working with a therapist, you’ll learn skills to solidify your relationship, such as open communication and problem-solving.
